Priority production

Rush orders depend on materials, garment colors and sizes available on hand. We’ll do our best to fulfill your selections. Substitutions may be necessary, such as a white 4XL shirt instead of a black 4XL shirt. We’ll notify you by email.

Choose one — how should we handle substitutions? *Keep my order moving
I authorize garment color or comparable material substitutions without waiting for my reply. Notify me by email. Changes to size or personalized wording require my approval.Ask me before substituting
Hold affected items until I approve the proposed substitution by email. My response time may affect completion and delivery.

I understand the rush charge prioritizes production, subject to availability and timely proof approval. My requested arrival time is not guaranteed. *

Please monitor your email. Delays caused by waiting for your approval do not automatically qualify completed custom work for a refund. Items we cannot supply will be reviewed separately.

Your date is a request, not a confirmed delivery promise. We’ll review production and shipping timing.
