Personalization and proof

For a personalized order, provide the name exactly as it should appear, your preferred tribute wording and a clear front photo, an optional back photo and any logos or supporting artwork you have permission to use. Review names, spelling, photos and layout carefully. Custom printing begins only after you approve your design proof. Delayed approval may affect your event deadline; confirm timing before ordering.

Photo permission, proof approval and custom-order terms

• Permission to use your artwork: By submitting photos, logos or other artwork, you confirm that you own them or have permission to authorize Activated Vision Studio to use them to design and produce your order.
• Email proof approval required: Watch your order email address, including spam and junk folders, for your design proof. Printing cannot begin until you provide final approval. Delayed approval will delay production and may affect the estimated completion, shipping or event date.
• Review every detail: Before approving, carefully check all names, spelling, dates, wording, photos, layout and intended colors. Verify your selected sizes, styles and quantities. Final approval authorizes us to print the approved design. Customer-submitted or customer-approved errors are not eligible for a complimentary reprint or refund. Changes after approval may require additional charges.
• Print characteristics: Screen colors may differ from printed colors. Where sublimation is used, normal process variations can include small white or lighter areas near seams, folds, underarms and other areas where the fabric creases or ink cannot reach. Print scale and placement may vary slightly by garment size. These normal characteristics are not production defects.
• Design fees and retainers: Art retainers, artwork fees and digital design fees are non-refundable, including when the project has not yet been printed.
• Custom orders are final sale: We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds for change of mind, customer-approved errors or delays caused by late proof approval. An order that has not yet been printed is not automatically eligible for cancellation or a refund. If we make an error or the finished product does not match the approved proof beyond the normal print variations described above, contact us so we can review the issue and make it right. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Care

Wash inside out in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach, dry clean or iron the print.

Color and placement

Screen colors may differ from the finished product. Print scale and placement may vary slightly by garment size.

White short-sleeve shirts use cotton-feel performance fabric with sublimation. Slight color variation or lighter areas near seams and folds may occur.
